this morning i went working at my only permanent cleaning job.. is claimed permanent as, have been working at ferdenin's house since last july! so as usual, sampai2 j umah pk cik nie *hari nie sampai agak lambat tho, 11.10* kne sambut dengn dua ekor anjing yg meriah~ sekor, kecik, putih n the other one, besar cam anjing polis yet cute!

as usual jugak, ferdenin's will pay us brfore we even start hold the mop. but today...tadaa! he paid us 60! which was 10 dollars more than before.tp khema lak wat mulot 'o', muka xcaya bila dpt duit extra! *isk, mak cik nie, pk cik tu da bg, redha da sengih2 udah la.. p wat muka heran lak, naseb dy xmmx duit tu balik!*

besides, ferdinan kata laen kali kami xperlu la tunggu sampai exactly two hours. kalau nk leave early pown ok~ WAH! BAHAGIA~

so pagi nie rezeki murah yer. ALHAMDULILLAH!

alhamdulillah jugak, i didnt totally miss the usrah, i managed to deliver my news update to the team as required. so some of the news were:

Untuk kamu kamu yg masih xclear tentang ap itu ‘jom jemaah’, meh la dihuraikan lebyeh lanjut d cnie. *stlah sekian lama*

Jom Jemaah (JJ) nie act satu program solat berjemaah bersama2 budak cohort yang Alhamdulillah dah 5 kali atau lebeyh telah diadakan.

Dulu... JJ nie kami adakan sekali bersama budak laki cohort, but den, d winter break lepas, jumpk Ustaz Salam, n consult beliau sal program kitorg nie, beliau ckp, “xyah la campur, wat akhwat sniri, ikhwah sniri”. Lg pown, kitrog wat JJ nie kat rumah kitorg2 gak, rotate dr satu umah ke satu umah stiap 2 minggu. (2 minggu skali ad JJ). So agak pack sbnanyer bler wat ramai2 dlm satu umah. Hurm agak kurang sesuai la d situ~

Makanya, skrg jom jemaah masih diteruskan tpi for sisters only. Untuk brothers, wallahualam, wat jugak kowt =). D JJ nie jugak, in between tu, ad pengisian yg d sampaikan oleh kami2 jugak. Ad juga sharing session, yg slalunya kmi share tentang kesah para sahabat dan manusia hebat yg beperang d jalan Allah.

Pada JJ yg diadakan pada sabtu lepas, untuk kali pertamanya ISK (ini sejarah kita) dperkenalkan kpd sahabat2, beserta beberapa video sebagai set induction, pengenalan kpd ISK yg dcritakan secara ringkas dharap berjaya menjadi momentum untuk kwn2 tok tros mengenali dan menghayati sejarah KITA ini. mungkin, kita sudah mangli dengn sejarah ini, namum siapa saja yg menghayatinya dengan HATI, bahkan saya sniri juga antara yg menghafal sejarah2 ini untuk kertas peperiksaan suatu ketika dahulu.

Overall JJ tlah mengalami revolusi dari pertama kali JJ diadakan sehingga skrg. Kalau dulu kmi hanya membaca yaasin antara mghrib dan isyak , skrg suda lebeyh terisi dengn pengisian yg inputnya pown semakin mantap dan ilmiah. Rata2, kawan2 jugak memberi respon positif, sukakan JJ. =)

Alhamdulillah smoga usaha menyemarakkan agamaNya d bumi Australia ini teros mendapat rahmat dan redha Nya.

Today was the last day me and Ju working with Clare, the Chinese lady from Singapore.

Today... i treated myself with two black flowery dresses, a pink cardi and red beret!

They are on discount, absolutely gorgeous PLUSS i am stress. With my EX boss.. haish..lucky you laaa clare~

Today is the first day of Brisbane Festival..

Me, ju had an awesome time enjoying the colourful fireworks on the Victoria Bridge after almost gave up since we had waited for 30 minutes.

We sat on the floor, against the fence, ignoring others as they did. Oporto in the hands and eyes gone wild, scrutinising peoples doing and dressing~ lalalalala...

Today, i went out at half past seven, and came back at 8.30 pm. Dem exhausted!

blood test lg? T___T

As being pushed by mom, i met d doc today after i set the appointment yesterday. Alone, i went to the QUT health centre, waited about less than 30 minutes before being called by the doc. (here, in Brisbane, the doctor, herself will come out from her room, and call for her patient).

So i told the doc about my problem.. bla bla bla..and she typed it into her komp.

“ok i have to check you...”

Okai docter, silakan~ (joking) NO BAHASA LAH.

"So..dear.. i cudnt tell u what the prob until u carry out the ultrasound and blood test!"

Erk!

Blood test lagi?? Ayo....

They already took my blood for 5,6 times before this. Want some more ka? Huhu T___T

Unfortunately, the both test and imaging couldn’t be done at the same place but it needs me to travel a ‘little bit’. Haish.. (termengeluh)

She gave two forms for me to bring to the hosp with my case written on it..

“she is bla bla bla bla. Started bla bla bla.. no pain bla bla bla bla “

.:BRISBANE PRIVATE HOSP:.

Located in the 259, weckham terrace, Brisbane city which it took nearly an hour for US to find it. A long long way~ up to the hill and some turn left and right plus we almost lost! Grrr

We finally found it after asking four people with one of them said "thank you" before we could even speak a word (dy xnk tulun kami, dy blah gitu j, ampes~)

So private hosp~ what do u expect? nice people, superb customer service, and awesome facilities. yo! Ops that is exaggerating ok~ they don’t have any prayer room which we ended up praying asar prayer in the collection centre. (the place where my blood was sucked.haha!). lucky us~ Alhamdulillah..at least..

neway, having medi bank allow me to have free service and treatment..so, NO CHARGE, NO BILL. medi bank will cover everything. hoho.. syukur2. juz imagine if i have to pay for the bill? erk..mau negative duit dlm bank. horror gler (gaya ustaz kazim elias) =P

ramadhan sepi d brissie tp tidak d hati =)

Salam ramadhan buat semua warga blog =)

Tepat jam 5 stgh tadi, dengan rasminya, Brisbane mengucapkan selamat datang kepada ramdhan bulan yang mulia. Lewat sehari dari insan-insan di Malaysia yang mana sudah sehari berpuasa.

Tapi..

Brisbane sunyi skali. Tiada masjid yg azan dilaungkan d corong2 pembesar suara. Tiada suara bilal mengajak mengerjakan taraweh. Tiada kelihatan orang berbondong-bodong ke teraweh bersama keluarga atau rakan. Tiada..sunyi..

Di sini tiada bazar untuk chicken cop, nasi kerabu, muratabak atau air tembikai tok d beli. Tiada jerik pekik laungan penjual untuk menghabiskan air teh bunga yang terakhir. Tiada sogo, jalan tar, tiada baju raya untuk d tinjau-tinjau dan di cuba. Di sini...sunyi..

Di Kelvin grove ini sunyi tanpa radio menghebahkan waktu berbuka. Tiada kedengaran riuh rendah org berceloteh perihal puasa pertama mereka d udara. Tiada pemanggil yang berkongsi menu juadah berbuka mereka.. Tiada kalam Allah yang d lagukan sebelum berakhirnya hari menahan lapar dan dahaga. Sini..sepi..

Dan..

kerana sunyi itulah kami berusaha menghidupkannnya lebih dari biasa. Tidak mahu puasa kami hambar sehambar suasana d Brisbane dan ingin dhidupkan ramadhan kali ini dalam hati-hati kami.

walaupun tanpa seri ramadhan d sekeliling, cukoplah andai jiwa ini sahaja bisa menghayati dan memanfaatkan madrasah ramdhan dan untuk menjadi lebeyh baek dari ramadhan yang lalu.

Impaknya, mungkin tidak terzahir pada pandangan mata namum datangnya ramadhan kali ini telah memberi getaran pada jiwa. Jiwa yang kalau dulunya berpuasa sekadar menahan nafsu, lapar dan dahaga. Kali ini biarlah kita puasa dengan sebenar-benar puasa dan mengimarahkan bulan yg mulia ini.

Abu Hurairah r.a. berkata, Rasulullah s.a.w. bersabda; “Apabila masuk bulan Ramadhan terbukalah pintu-pintu syurga dan terkuncilah segala pintu neraka manakala sekelian syaitan dirantai dan dibuka segala pintu rahmat.”(Bukhari & Muslim)

today was kind of a new experience for me.. I had my first job done! as a nanny for a five years old sweet girl, Halle. I got a call few days ago asking me to look after her daughter during her meeting. Approximately for 5 hours. From 1-6pm. Hurm guess she found my ad at gumtree. act, i juz reposted my ad and luckily i had this one responded.

at first, i was a bit nervous since i was requested to go to the Chiefly hotel in the city. had few hours spent to find this hotel, laz nite. however, Juli, the person who called me, seemed seriously in need of help. so, this afternoon berserahly, i went to d hotel and met her and halle at the lobby. *i bet she might be surprise to see me as a Muslim girl* whatever~

halle: "ok let me guess ur name. erm zeina?"

(she kept asking and guessing my name even i had told her times.

n it always be zeina instead of zeiti)

so, there we were, spending great time together. first, me and halle juz went into her room but since she really loved to play with the elevator, we went up and down the 19 floor few times before i brought her to a park at the gardens point.

at d city, she had requested me a raspberry ice cream so i bought her j la . ergh i never thought of spending 3 dol on a single scoop for a kid who only had few licked on it before it went into a dustbin~ ces!

hahaha wutsoeve la Halle, u r so cute neway. always suggested many many games. besides,u were lucky to have me who layan those ideas and made some silly faces and jokes for you..

it wasn't so much about getting job actually or how much i had been paid

but it was more to find someone that i can treat juz like my little brother. that's made me accepted this job.

it was about yesterday when my esaimen had safely submitted and my holiday was officially started.(early june- end of july). yeay! no-esaimen-time! heaven~~

erm after submitted the esaimen, i was so exited to go the rally.. y? because i want to n i have to!

me, had cried for the suffer n pain that the palestinians had gone through since years. the cruel israel soldier, the innocence palestinians kids, bloody war. owh u cud feel the pain when u really go through the vids and news about them. seriously! so rally, for me, kind of showing your support and feeling towards palestine to the world. that u against the israel brutality and to not to join the rally. erk! what a waste! *for me la*

but den, i got no friend to go with me. ah frust! everybody seemed to have their own plan and me, kept on searching for a friend! if not, i would go with my hommies to have dinner at satay club, (a restaurant wif lovely msian food) n have a walk at southbank which of course i certainly love. huhuhu =( but i still thinking of going to the rally and i was almost gave up when fad, d laz person i called, said that she would like to go. so.. hey! that was a great joy!

so there we were, at the rally for around..erm two hours. from 5 sumtin to 7.40. i had a great time there. to share my feeling and spirit with heaps of nice people, it was awesome! after everything ended, i managed to buy a 'free palestin' bangle. nice one. only for two dollars! hehe~ like it so much! oh, den i remembered sumtin. my buddies! they shud be in d city. having dinner i guess. so, i called them n i was rite. they were at the satay club.

so based on ju's direction, i tried my best to find the restaurant n it kind of freaking me out since i never walked alone before. seriously ok~ NEVER! n tonite i was walking alone, in the city, crossing the street, going through the dark alley to search for a place. *sound adventurous rite? hahaha =D* and aha! finally..thanx GOD, i managed to find it.

...hehe then, the saturday's nite began..

we had a great time walking around the city and southbank:
